The report given by the Pew Research Center shows the difference in political knowledge in 1989-2007. There seems to be some differences in times when it comes to what people know about politics, but there are some things that have stayed pretty similar. For example, men are known to follow politics closer than women. There is no ultimate reason that people’s knowledge has changed over time. What people watch and the constant growth of different forms of media have no influence on the knowledge that people have on the political world.
